Franz Morat und die Swoboda Hartmann haben Anfang März ein Joint Venture gegründet. Kerngeschäft der Morat Swoboda Motion sollen Antriebstechnologien für E-Mobilität sein. Ein Produktionswerk wird in Nowa Ruda in Polen errichtet.
