Sandvik Coromant is now also offering its GC4330 and GC4340 steel milling grades for three other tool concepts: the CoroMill 300 round insert milling cutter, the CoroMill 245 face milling cutter and the CoroMill QD milling cutter.

Create individual tools

Sandvik Coromant users can now create their tools directly online and order them in the webshop. Previously, the process of creating quotations and ordering customized solutions was only possible via a physical form or a sales representative.

Machining errors during internal turning can quickly lead to poor quality or even rejects. Vibration and force sensors embedded in the boring bar, in conjunction with digital support, help to record information from the machining process and identify process anomalies.

Drilling tools for up to four operations

Sandvik Coromant introduces CoroBore BC (Boring Combination), which includes customized stepped tools for high-volume applications. This allows different operations such as pre-finishing and chamfering to be performed with just one tool.

For processing small sealing lips

Sandvik Coromant is expanding its Coro-Cut 1-2 range to include narrower indexable inserts, especially for grooving small sealing lips in HRSA materials, but also for grooving stainless steel and steel workpieces.
