Filter system for combustible dusts
With the ULT 2500.1, ventilation technology specialist ULT is launching a new extraction and filter system for larger dust volumes.
The cartridge filter unit in an ignition source-free design can handle volume flows of up to 6,800 m³/h and can be used in a wide range of industries - from metal and plastics processing to battery production and the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Fire and explosion protection requirements are already taken into account in the standard version. Low-maintenance HEPA H14 filter elements guarantee air purification of 99.995 %, and filters can be changed with minimal contamination and without reworking. Bidirectional machine communication via OPC-UA ensures integration into existing processes. Efficient EC fans and automatic filter cleaning during operation keep energy consumption low. Optional safety features such as extinguishing gas supply or fire detection can be retrofitted.
