Spindles and nuts almost everywhere

Trapezoidal threaded spindles and nuts are used to move components linearly, fix workpieces or make adjustments in devices.

Screws, swivels, rings and brackets

Ganter offers a wide range of different load attachment points. Classic and simple attachment points are DIN 580 eyebolts, which are screwed into a thread; DIN 582 ring nuts made of steel or stainless steel are suitable for loads without a thread.

End positions detected with just one sensor

Ganter is expanding its range of indexing plungers with the GN 817.7, which is pneumatically actuated and detects both end positions with just one sensor. It is therefore a further development of the manually operated indexing plunger GN 817.

Reliable and precise balancing

Shaft couplings transmit rotary movements and torques from shaft to shaft. They also compensate for tolerances and mechanical errors that would otherwise lead to damage to drive or measurement configurations.

A connection that holds securely

With the GN 1050 quick-release coupling from Ganter, components can be connected quickly and securely by simply clicking them on and off.

Secure sealing for medium-duty applications

With the new GN 761 range of tension locks, Ganter also offers suitable solutions for medium-duty applications.

Recurring infeed and positioning processes

Ganter offers three new, complementary products for easy adjustment and the quick change of fixtures or tools: the GN 827 stainless steel adjusting screws with adjustment scale, the corresponding bearing blocks and matching knurled nuts.

The right type of clutch for every application

Ganter has developed shaft couplings that can be used for torque and power transmission as well as for position and motion control. This means that the right type of coupling is available for every application.

Locking doors and flaps

With the GN 5630 twist and tension lock, standard element manufacturer Ganter has added a new component for locking doors, flaps and hatches to its range of locking devices.

Bow handle with electrical switch and signal function

Solutions for limited space: Ganter, the standard parts specialist, equips mechanical components with electrical functions and has added the GN 422 bow handle with electrical switching function and integrated LED ring illumination to its portfolio as the latest component in this series.

Edge protection sealing profile with the corner

Ganter completes its product range of edge protection profiles with the edge protection sealing profile corners GN 2181 with prefabricated 90° corners.

Pneumatically well tensioned

Pneumatic quick-release clamps fix workpieces for processing, position devices or hold molds together. They not only make handling easier, but also enable fully automated processes. Ganter offers several flexible solutions for this.

German Standard Parts Award 2019

Cadenas and Ganter are once again presenting the German Standard Parts Award in the field of standardization. The targeted use of standard and purchased parts in engineering is rewarded with prizes totaling 4,000 euros.

Fixation for all situations

Ganter is expanding its range of clamp holders with new elements for fixing system-specific components. These include the GN 474.1 clamp holder with two parallel clamping holes and the GN 511.1 bracket joint set.

Handle scales - slim grip

Elegantly concealed or visibly screwed and available in various surfaces and colors: The new GN 7330 and GN 7332 handle shells expand Ganter's range of standard parts.

Functional hinge allows doors to open and close automatically

The new GN 233.3 functional hinge made of high-performance polyamide with spring return extends the range of hinges from Ganter.

Clean handles

Ganter develops sealed standard elements made of stainless steel that meet very high hygiene requirements, for example in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries. In many areas, the aim is to manufacture products without preservative additives.

Following the iF Design Award, Ganter also receives the prestigious Red Dot Award for outstanding design.

Multi-joint hinges: Invisible and highly flexible

Ganter offers the stainless steel multi-joint hinges GN 7237. They are installed inside the housing to save space and prevent vandalism, and allow a 180° opening angle.

Keep dirt particles away

Aeration and deaeration elements with integrated filters and strainers from Ganter are now complemented by elements fitted with membranes.
