A connection that holds securely
With the GN 1050 quick-release coupling from Ganter , components can be connected quickly and securely by simply clicking them on and off.
The quick-release fastener consists of two elements: the GN 1050 coupling and the specially designed GN 1050.1 spigot. A safety button is provided to prevent the coupling from being opened accidentally. If this is pressed, the sliding sleeve can be moved axially in order to unlock an inserted spigot on the mortise. The pins are available individually so that several pins can be used alternately with one coupling. The couplings and pins are attached using either an external or internal thread. In addition, the mounting options are extended by the GN 1050.2 flange, which distributes the force evenly. The coupling is offered by Ganter in two different versions: The F version has a fixed bearing for precise positioning. The L version allows a certain tolerance between two fixing points thanks to a floating bearing. The maximum axial load of the coupling is 35 kN.
