Handle scales - slim grip
Elegantly concealed or visibly screwed and available in various surfaces and colors: The new GN 7330 and GN 7332 handle shells expand Ganter's range of standard parts.
In contrast to conventional handles, grip shells have the advantage that they are installed flush with the surface and are therefore the preferred choice where space needs to be saved, such as in vehicle construction or in the manufacture of flight cases for event technology. With its GN 7330 and GN 7332 handle shells, the standard parts specialist Ganter from the Black Forest is presenting two new products that offer customers two different mounting options as standard: The handle shells can either be mounted from the front with countersunk screws or concealed from the rear with grub screws. In addition, Ganter offers both handle shells with or without a seal.
In the sealed front-mounted versions, countersunk sealing screws next to the housing seal prevent the ingress of any liquids or dust into the housing interior. According to the company, the solid construction has proven in tests that it meets protection class IP66 "protection against any ingress of dust" and "protection against strong water jets from any angle".
The GN 7330 handle shell is manufactured using the zinc die-casting process and supplied in black or silver as standard using powder coating. Depending on customer requirements, a coating in any other color is also possible. In addition, Ganter customers can choose between two different housing lengths of 127 and 155 mm.
The stainless steel handle scales GN 7332 are available with a length of 155 mm and are made of high-quality, deep-drawn, rustproof stainless steel sheet with a fine matt blasted surface. The grub screws attached from the rear are not visible from the front and allow the elegant-looking handle elements to be discreetly attached.
