The redesigned basic software 5.0 offers more space for content and enables faster and more convenient digital interaction on the store floor. A new navigation concept, favorites and the search for widgets or content get end users to their destination faster. The toolkit for greater productivity, availability and continuous process optimization is rounded off by apps that can be used to digitally record, analyse and track KPIs, deviations and measures, among other things.

Active Cockpit 5.0 creates the necessary transparency and interaction to increase efficiency and make technical and organizational improvements on the store floor. The software for large-format touchscreens connects production, company IT and people with minimal administrative effort and simplifies operation. Employees in production can access relevant information quickly.

For faster orientation and control, Active Cockpit 5.0 has extended page navigation, favorites and context-sensitive icon and bubble bars. The basic software includes the Dashboard, Administrator UI, Views, Rounds and Notes modules as well as the Desklink function for transferring content to the user interface. The platform offers additional modules such as Lean Indicator, Deviation Manager and App Diagram for needs-based networking with the backend. These can be used to digitally record, track and manage quality and safety incidents and malfunctions, configure KPIs and conveniently visualize, analyse and present them together with live data.
