Compared to mineral oil-based products, the finely dispersed Zubora 30 FD has, among other things, very good run-off behavior and ensures a high level of machine cleanliness. It is free from formaldehyde depot substances, minimizes the release of copper and achieves a high surface quality. At the same time, high metal removal rates are possible with low tool wear. The cooling lubricant is very stable and the resistance of plastics, paints and coatings is guaranteed in accordance with VDI 3035. The lubricant is low-foaming in a wide hardness range of the preparation water.
