The lubricant manufacturer Zeller+Gmelin will be represented at Wire with products specifically for wire production and processing.
The high-performance wire drawing agents in the company's Multidraw product range, which are the result of more than 60 years of continuous research and development, are used in wire production and processing. One example from the innovative lubricant developers is the industrial lubricant Multidraw CU UNI S, a universal drawing agent for coarse and medium wire drawing up to a finished diameter of 0.1 mm. According to Zeller+Gmelin, the focus during product development was on increasing lubricating performance as well as temperature, bacterial and electrolyte stability in order to make the products more durable.
The fully synthetic high-performance cooling lubricant Multiroll CU LF Ultra comes from the Multiroll product range. It is used in the production of copper wire rod and ensures the cooling and lubrication of the rolls. It is also designed to extend the service life of the rolls.
The Multidraw CU MFE lubricant will also be part of the trade fair package. As a special product for the production of enameled copper wires in medium and fine draw up to 0.07 mm finished wire diameter, it is primarily used for inline enameled wire machines. This lubricant is especially suitable for aluminum. The fully synthetic preferential grease has a high lubricating performance, which should ensure a longer service life for the drawing dies.
The manufacturer is also bringing special drawing oils for iron, steel and stainless steel to Düsseldorf, the so-called Multidraw ST range. These oils are particularly suitable for a wide range of applications from around 3 mm to 0.08 mm. am
