The ultra-fine filtration of cooling lubricants plays a key role within the overall machining system. Clean coolants have a significant influence on the quality of the ground tools, and grinding oils that remain in the system for a long time also contribute to cost savings.
Vomat will be presenting a cross-section of high-performance filtration technology at AMB. Thanks to their special design features, Vomat filters are able to reliably filter even the latest generation of cooling lubricants. Thanks to special high-performance precoat filters, full-flow filtration ensures 100 percent separation of dirty and clean oil.
The systems filter and flush as required. This means that the backwash cycles are controlled depending on the degree of contamination of the filter elements. Vomat offers many options for integrating the filtration technology into the respective conditions.
