Keep cooling lubricants in the system for a long time
The UBF vacuum belt filter from Vomat enables the filtration of water-based cooling lubricants, emulsions and grinding oils.
This allows ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, carbides, wheel abrasion or binding agents to be filtered out of modern cooling lubricants without a pre-separation system with a high filter performance and filter fineness of 10 to 30 µm.
The energy-efficient solutions of the FA system series with their high-performance precoat filters for a filter fineness of 3-5 µm are suitable for grinding carbide tools, for example. The controlled, on-demand full-flow filtration in the backwash process with an automatic cycle depending on the amount of dirt separates 100% of the dirty and clean oil. The systems are low-maintenance, compact and, thanks to their modular design, can be configured from individual systems to central systems for large industrial applications.
