Electric drive
Moving loads more easily
The Stuttgart-based B2B business outfitter Kaiser+Kraft has launched a new product on the market: the Eurokraft pro E-module Neo.
It makes it easier to move loads, relieves employees and makes work safer overall.
The E-Modul Neo is an electric drive that combines ergonomics, work safety and flexibility. The electric drive can be used to move transport trolleys with loads of up to 500 kg. Thanks to Bluetooth technology, the E-module Neo is wireless. The infinitely variable speed control and steering via a tiller head are also new. "We are delighted that we have succeeded in launching a product on the market that has never been seen before in this form," says Laszlo Juhasz, Head of Product Management & Business Development at Kaiser+Kraft.
Modern functions
The use of the electric drive makes sense wherever manually operated industrial trucks are used. Transport equipment such as cabinet, box, platform, assembly or floor trolleys can be easily upgraded with the E-module. The E-module is also suitable for fleet operation, as several trolleys can be used simultaneously without any problems. "Using the e-module can both relieve the strain on people moving heavily loaded transport trolleys and speed up work processes," explains Juhasz. Thanks to its wireless functionality, it is also easy to install and retrofit.
Ergonomic and sustainable
An ergonomically shaped, multifunctional tiller head enables fatigue-free operation. Sturdy tubular handles ensure easy steering. Two thumb buttons ensure infinitely variable speed control. An integrated horn and safety belly button prevent jamming when reversing. If required, creep speed can also be activated for even more precise forward and reverse travel. An integrated foot guard prevents the operator from getting trapped under the drive. The electric drive can be used by anyone, as no certificate of competence is required. The E-module is powered by a powerful lithium-ion rechargeable battery system. One battery charge provides up to eight hours of runtime. The empty battery can simply be replaced with a full one to ensure continuous operation. The charging status is indicated visually by a battery level indicator and acoustically. The E-module NEO also bears the activeGreen label. With the help of the latest technologies, processes and compensation projects, the B2B mail order company ensures that thecarbon footprint of product manufacturing remains as small as possible. Kaiser+Kraft uses low-temperature process technology for the baking process, for example. There is a life cycle assessment for each of the company's own active Green articles, which is confirmed by TÜV Rheinland every five years.
"As a pioneer in our industry, we want to make an important contribution to climate protection and give our customers the opportunity to purchase particularly sustainable products," says Juhasz.
