Farasis Energy, the developer and producer of high-performance battery technology and pouch cells, will be showcasing its products for electromobility at Logimat.
Farasis Energy brings the topic of electromobility for use in material transportation to life. The focus is on the already established Atlas module and its areas of application as well as the possibility of individual adaptation to customer specifications.
Battery technology with efficient use of installation space
The electrification of vehicles in the field of material transportation poses a number of challenges that Farasis Energy aims to solve with its battery technology. These include the optimal use of the available installation space for sufficient power, range and particular robustness. The integration of electrical connections and safety elements, cell monitoring and BMS is also possible.
Long range and fast charging
Depending on the vehicle, between two and 40 modules can be accommodated in a forklift truck and offer an output of between 6.8 and 272 kWh. This enables a long range and fast charging; the modules only need to be charged once or twice a day and a lunch break can be sufficient. The module also offers high performance in short intervals, for example when lifting heavy loads and recovering energy when lowering the forks. The module is encapsulated and robust. Regardless of environmental influences such as rain, heat or uneven surfaces, the module maintains constant performance.
