Safe and ergonomic, powerful and fast, but also compact, maneuverable and environmentally friendly - nowadays, forklift drivers and fleet operators have many demands on warehouse trucks. In order to meet the increased requirements, Still has developed the EXD-SF 20, a pallet truck for loads of up to 2,000 kilograms with a double-decker function - a maximum of 1,000 kilograms on the mast lift and 1,000 kilograms on the initial lift, regardless of the mast.

The EXD-SF is suitable for sensitive or non-stackable goods such as fruit, vegetables or fragile goods and easily lifts loads of up to 1,200 kilograms on the mast lift and achieves lifting heights of up to 2,924 millimetres. With a width of 720 millimetres, it is the narrowest double-decker on the market and is therefore particularly maneuverable when loading and unloading trucks via the ramp, says Still.

Another unique feature is the platform suspension, which can be adjusted to the driver's weight and is individually set at the touch of a button thanks to the integrated compressor. This means that the EXD-SF is not only ergonomic, but also offers the driver a more pleasant driving experience, as shocks are absorbed when driving over bumps, even at high acceleration and driving speeds.

The speed of up to ten kilometers per hour is automatically adjusted to the load weight and lifting height with the Still Dynamic Drive Control function. Thanks to this assistance function, the operator of the EXD-SF can always safely call up the maximum performance. For additional safety, the EXD-SF can be optionally equipped with a load guard, which allows the side arms to remain folded out at a lifting height of over 1,800 millimetres. Driver protection is also guaranteed by the sensitive access switch and the automatic restraint on ramps. The safe and fast handling of the device is further supported by the easy sideways battery change.

Depending on the application profile, the double-decker pallet truck can be equipped with either lead-acid or Li-ion batteries. The maintenance-free Li-ion batteries can be easily charged temporarily - for long periods of use up to 24/7 operation without having to change the battery.
