For one-hand installation
Desoutter is launching a one-handed angle screwdriver for the assembly of critical screw connections. With a length of around 30 centimetres and a weight of one kilogram, the transducer-supported EABS facilitates assembly processes.
Screwdriving data is recorded and documented in real time. A total of ten models with hexagonal or square drive cover torques between 1.5 and 24 Newton meters at speeds of up to 1,500 revolutions per minute. Depending on the variant, the EABS is 20 to 36 percent shorter than conventional right-angle screwdrivers on the market. The tools can be operated with both 18-volt and 36-volt batteries. Screwing points are illuminated by a front LED in the direct vicinity of the output. Once the screwdriving operation is complete, this light changes color: depending on the result of the screwdriving operation, the component is now illuminated in red or green. as
