The modular systems can be specially adapted to the user's requirements. The PipCut is designed for processing lengths of 3 m, 6 m or 12 m and for pipes with diameters from 50 to 800 mm. The maximum wall thickness is 50 mm for plasma cutting and up to 100 mm for oxy-fuel cutting.

Microstep has the ProfileCut in its portfolio for profile and beam processing (pictured). It cuts open profiles such as I, H, U or L profiles up to 1,000 mm high and 24 m long. It is characterized by special 3D kinematics that position the cutting torch above the profile. During the cutting process, during which a 3D bevel cutting head, the "Pantograph" rotator, moves around the profile with a one-sided inclination of 120° in the longitudinal and transverse direction, the profile is motionless.
