As CFO, Stefan Hackl will continue to be responsible for Finance and HR as well as the company's IT. In his new role as COO, Franz Schön will focus on order management and will also be responsible for production. CEO Norbert Jungreithmayr will continue to act as Chairman of the Management Board and Günther Mayr, CTO, will be responsible for all agendas relating to technology and sales.

Long-term sustainability and growth

"Constantly changing markets, technologies and customer needs keep us busy every day. With a customer-oriented strategy, we are able to take account of the dynamics of the environment and align our products and services accordingly, exploiting opportunities and protecting ourselves against risks. We want to continue to position WFL in such a way that long-term sustainability can be practiced and growth ensured. The move to expand the management board is a strong sign of our efforts to further expand our technology leadership," says CEO Norbert Jungreithmayr.

"Stefan Hackl and Franz Schön have made a significant contribution to the company's success to date. Their new positions in the company underline their achievements and ensure that we as a team lead the company successfully into the future," emphasizes Günther Mayr. The entrepreneurial focus of WFL's thoughts and actions is entirely on solving the respective production task and thus achieving customer satisfaction.

"Both a privilege and an incentive"

CFO Stefan Hackl has been with the company since 2019. "I am delighted to be able to make my contribution to WFL's continued success story as CFO and see this as both a privilege and an incentive. I enjoy helping to successfully shape the corporate strategy, optimizing processes and using the right levers with a forward-looking, well-founded set of figures, as well as working with a great, international team. This is how we are making WFL fit for the future together," says the new Managing Director Stefan Hackl

"After more than 30 years at WFL Millturn Technologies, I am delighted to be able to take the next step as Managing Director. This will allow me to help shape and support our common goals even more actively in the future. In the areas of order management and manufacturing solutions, it is our responsibility to support our customers throughout the entire process chain, from order entry to the end of the machines' useful life, and to meet our customers' requirements in the best possible way by acting quickly. I am highly motivated to implement and drive forward these tasks together with all my colleagues," says the new COO Franz Schön.
