Gear specialist Framo Morat presents the new SpeeroX gear set, in which the gear teeth move to the face side. This results in a reduction of the installation space. SpeeroX enables high gear ratios in just one gear stage and is both quiet and efficient.

In partnership with a renowned customer in the mechanical engineering sector, SPN Schwaben Präzision has developed a spur gear for a float drive. The advantage of the drive developed by SPN for roller conveyors is that it is so universally aligned that it can be used throughout the entire conveyor chain.

ABB Motion is focusing on energy efficiency at the SPS. The ABB synchronous reluctance motors (SynRM) of efficiency class IE5 have up to 40 % lower energy losses compared to IE3 motors and 20 % lower losses compared to IE4 motors.

Sieb & Meyer will be presenting the SD4S, SD4M and SD4B frequency inverters for high-speed applications at the SPS. They offer optimized performance, higher speeds and low motor heating without a sine filter.

At the SPS, ebm-papst is presenting the ECI-63 internal rotor motors from the modular drive system, equipped with an EtherCAT interface. For this purpose, high-performance interface electronics including a multi-protocol chip have been added to the drive housing.

The SREH-50-IOL smart rotation module from Afag relies on embedded technology. The module is equipped with an integrated controller and an IO-Link interface with a maximum communication speed of 230.4 kBd.

Blickle presents solutions for in-plant transportation. The electric drive systems in the ErgoMove series make material transportation easier. They support the operator when starting, steering and braking all types of transportation equipment.

Speed and precision count in intralogistics. A manufacturer of innovative storage and retrieval systems therefore relies on rack and pinion gears from Leantechnik in its equipment. They enable the high-precision positioning of transport boxes in a supporting structure of stacked load carriers.

ANT Antriebstechnik has significantly expanded its selection of types and variants of worm gear screw jacks and high-speed screw jacks. Together with platform specialist TraceParts, the company is currently developing a CAD-compatible online configurator for design engineers, which will go live at Motek.
