Tschorn has further developed its modular mounting system. The mounting device is now a more cost-effective version - from SK30 to VDI40, the most common mountings are available.
The Urbach-based family business Tschorn has launched a new product on the market: the assembly device. "We have made intensive use of the quiet business period caused by the coronavirus pandemic for development," says Managing Director Ralf Tschorn. The idea of the assembly device is not new - the modular assembly system has been part of Tschorn's product portfolio for more than ten years.
The assembly device, on the other hand, is now a more cost-effective variant - the customer can decide which holder they need for their tools. The most common holders are available from SK30 to VDI40. Users can change their tools in a matter of seconds using the assembly device. Thanks to the clamping technology, the tool holder is not clamped to the precise cone. This means that the tool holders are protected and not damaged during powerful clamping. This ensures precise concentricity, the service life of the tools and leads to precisely manufactured parts.
The ability to swivel continuously by 45 degrees to the left and right enables ergonomically healthy working, as the optimum working position can be found effortlessly. as
