Feed force significantly increased

With the Logiq 3 CHAM, Iscar is offering its new three-edged interchangeable head system.

According to the company, it enables up to 100 percent higher feed rates compared to conventional drilling tools with two cutting edges. This would significantly increase productivity. Other features of the replaceable head drilling system include the new H3P-IQ drill head geometry with curved main cutting edges. It has been specially developed for use in the ISO-P and ISO-K range, i.e. steel and cast iron, and is designed to enable soft cutting behavior with short-breaking chip curls.

Also in the Iscar portfolio: the Multi F Grip tool holder for new square adapters with four insert seats for the Tang-Grip and Do-Grip systems in sizes 2 to 5 mm.
