The plastics for use in 3D printing are adapted to the most common manufacturing processes, such as powder fusion and fused filament fabrication (FFF). According to the company, the materials are characterized by good processability and high-quality material properties, such as processing in unheated installation spaces and high Z-layer strength.

In addition to established materials used in series applications, new developments in the areas of high-temperature resistant and reinforced materials will be presented.

With Luvocom 3F, Lehvoss is introducing granulates for extrusion-based 3D printing processes (filament and direct printing). There are new products based on high-temperature polyamide (PA) and polypropylene (PP). The plastic Luvosint is a powder for powder-bed-based 3D printing processes. New products based on PP and TPU have also been developed here. New 3D printing applications will also be presented at the trade fair, including for a sailing yacht, furniture and technical parts in automotive and mechanical engineering.
