Topsystem provides users of its voice assistant Lydia with the business tool Lydia Warehouse Intelligence, or LWI for short.
The system structures and analyzes the process, user and device data generated when using Lydia Voice in real time and makes it available for further evaluation. In this way, optimization potentials can be identified at an early stage and suitable measures can be derived. The data analytics architecture provides users with voice process, user and device data in an administration interface and simultaneously analyzes these values in real time. The BI tool also defines relevant KPIs - such as the level of voice quality, server response times, battery capacity or WLAN field strength - and monitors compliance with them. One advantage: the continuous monitoring of the analyzed data material means that any need for action is identified at an early stage.
