Power supply for mobile workstations
Exchangeable battery system
Andreas Laubner is positioning itself at the trade fair as an integrated solution provider in the field of Auto-ID.
In focus: The PowerSwap Nucleus Lithium Power System, which optimizes the power supply of mobile workstations and increases workstation flexibility. With the lithium iron phosphate exchangeable battery system developed for industrial applications, all devices in a mobile workstation can be supplied with power for eight to twelve or more hours a day.
With a permanent 230-volt alternating current supply, the service life is around five to seven years. If the battery is exhausted, it can be replaced within seconds via "hot-swap". The PowerSwap Nucleus Lithium Power System also offers advantages over conventional rechargeable batteries in terms of environmental aspects, as it does not contain any toxic heavy metals. Lithium iron phosphate technology is more stable and safer than conventional lithium-ion or lithium polymer systems, as there is no risk of ignition in the event of overheating or mechanical abuse. Products such as the mobile printer base or the LAMA24 mobile workstation also simplify everyday work. mm
