Precisely dosed
With the OEM syringe pump, Spetec is presenting a pump at the Hannover Messe that enables high-precision dosing of liquids in the micro or nanoliter range. The pump is adapted to the application and is suitable for installation in devices to which liquids have to be fed, either for analysis, filling or as a reagent.
The stepper motor is connected directly to the drive spindle - i.e. without a gear ratio - which reduces the mechanical play to a minimum. As a result, there is a direct relationship between impulse generation and delivery of the liquid. The specified value corresponds exactly to the absolute quantity to be pumped. The syringe pump is characterized by its high resolution of 25,600 steps per revolution and the small number of individual steps in the motion sequence.
Various precision or plastic syringes are used for mixing or dosing. Depending on the size and diameter of the syringe used, the delivery range is 0.5 nl to 44 ml per minute. The pump can be operated as an integrated system. The pump is designed in-house to meet customer-specific requirements. This means that every customer can use an individual component that is specially adapted to the respective device or system in terms of design, dimensions and technical features. am
