Mini vacuum pump

Air-saving control technology at the heart of the system

Following the launch of Lem, Coval has now developed Lemax, a new series of vacuum pumps: a mini vacuum module that combines all the functions of a vacuum pump in a smaller format.

The basic principle of this mini pump is energy saving.

This new product focuses on saving energy through continuous monitoring and control. ASC technology (air-saving control) is integrated for the first time. Depending on the application, it leads to energy savings of 75 to 99 percent. ASC limits energy consumption on two levels: Air is only consumed to create vacuum and to grip and move the object in question. When the specified vacuum level is reached, the valve closes. This allows the object to be held without consuming energy. If the vacuum level drops, vacuum is generated again until it reaches the specified vacuum level again. The ASC analyses the application and adapts to airtight or permeable objects in order to optimize the use and consumption of energy. sw
