Operational safety for the automotive industry
When working with heavy, valuable objects such as metal or glass in automotive production, operator and product safety play an important role in all automation efforts.

With the Turbolab Core, vacuum specialist Leybold is launching a small plug-and-play high vacuum pumping system for research and laboratory applications as well as industry.

Leybold has introduced the Dryvac DV 500 and DV 800 screw vacuum pumps. The pumps compress dry, i.e. without operating fluid in the compression chamber.

Fuyao completes ready-to-install glass panes for the automotive industry at its production plant in Leingarten. A central vacuum supply from Busch Vacuum Solutions is used in the production of windscreens to hold the finishing process.

With the HiPace 350 and 450, Pfeiffer Vacuum is presenting turbopumps that are suitable for applications such as mass spectrometry, electron microscopy, metrology, particle accelerators and plasma physics.

The Airlink system is designed to permanently record and
-conditions of vacuum pumps and compressors, evaluate them and provide the relevant information.

Pfeiffer Vacuum, the company with a long tradition in vacuum technology, celebrates its 130th anniversary.

Pfeiffer Vacuum presents the Hena 50 and Hena 70 vacuum pumps for mass spectrometer systems. The single-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane pumps were developed to meet the requirements of mass spectrometer systems.

Edwards Vacuum has introduced the ELRi range of liquid ring pumps. Stainless steel components make the pump resistant to corrosion and process gases.

The demands placed on pumps by industry are high. Manufacturer Nitto Kohki has taken on this task and launched air compressors, vacuum pumps and pumps with a special operating principle onto the market.

For applications with a high vacuum requirement, for example in glass processing, Atlas Copco has introduced the speed-controlled screw vacuum pump series GHS 3800-5400 VSD+.
