Vertical milling machine for 5-sided machining
With the Maxxmill 630 CNC vertical milling machine from Emco, workpieces with an edge length of 445 × 445 × 290 mm³ can be machined from five sides in a single clamping operation. The machine tool has a closed cast iron and welded steel construction.
The machine's features include a mechanical spindle with a maximum speed of 12,000 rpm, a water-cooled motor spindle with a maximum speed of 15,000 rpmand a tool magazine with space for 30 tools; the user can choose between ISO 40 and BT 40 tool holders. The user can choose between a Siemens or Heidenhain control system. ag
