Gleason is looking forward to welcoming all gear manufacturers and those who want to become one at the upcoming GrindingHub in Stuttgart. At booth 7C31 in hall 7, Gleason will be showcasing a variety of different hard finishing processes for different applications, including the machining of gears in current e-gears; truck, agricultural and construction gears; industrial gears; aerospace gears; as well as gears for wind turbines and large gears up to 5 meters in diameter! Hard finishing experts for various processes will be on hand at the Gleason stand to answer questions and discuss specific applications.

In order to present as broad a spectrum as possible at the trade fair, a number of manufacturing processes from Gleason locations in Germany, Switzerland and the USA will be shown in the live stream. Highlights include: Highly productive generating grinding and revolutionary gear testing during the manufacturing process with in-depth waviness and noise analysis; the unique combination honing of stepped planets for e-gears; power skiving of hardened internal gears; and profile grinding of large wind turbine gearboxes. As a system supplier, Gleason will be showcasing not only process and machine technologies but also the latest tools and dressing systems for grinding, polishing and gear honing, power skiving tools for hard finishing, as well as high-precision clamping devices and digital service solutions.
