Grinding machine technology
Grind components faster and more precisely
Okamoto will be presenting its high-performance machine concepts for automated high-precision grinding at the AMB.
The focus will be on surface and profile grinding machines from the ACC series as well as high-speed grinding with the "precision sprinters" from the UPZ series. Okamoto provides a complete product portfolio for grinding technology for various industrial sectors. One example is the surface and profile grinding machines UPZ 52 li, UPZ-63Li and UPZ 210 LiII / LiII-2.
With high traversing speeds, short grinding times, high stock removal rates, good surface finishes and minimized non-productive times, they enable high-precision production. The surface grinding machines in the ACC series, such as the 5-axis profile grinding machine from the ACC-CA (iQ) series, are also of interest.
