With its integrated switch cabinet construction and handling systems, such as transport systems or assembly tables, Bauer Systeme is an ideal addition to the WAGO portfolio and the classic components business such as terminal blocks, labeling and power supplies. WAGO continues the current business of Bauer Systeme and expands it sustainably.

The newest member of the WAGO Group will become part of the portfolio, but will continue to operate independently. The Bauer-Systeme site in Bretten in Kraichgau, with around 30 employees, will continue to exist.

"WAGO and Bauer Systeme are not only entering into a business partnership - we also share the same fundamental values. In our cooperation, we strive to meet our customers at eye level and to convince them with simple, fast and pragmatic solutions. In addition, Bauer's portfolio perfectly complements our offering with high-quality and proven market services for the store floor in enclosure construction. This will also strengthen our component sales. We are very much looking forward to working together," says Steffen Weinreich, Vice President Business Unit Interconnection Industry at WAGO.
