They are suitable for mobile spot welding, riveting, flanging or cutting thermoplastics. The USH 40E AIR enables the controllable supply of cooling air.

The ultrasonic manual welders weigh 200 g without converter. The cooling can be controlled by the generator. The devices are available in versions with 400 to 1,500 W at frequencies of 30, 35 and 40 kHz. Additional internal probe cooling is available as an option. Standard plug connections for the air supply are integrated, as is the control software for the cooling system. Other features include a probe change in just a few minutes, programmable energy and time switch-off, an LC display and a soft start function.
