High-pressure water jet deburring
Combined with low-pressure processes
In the EcoCvelox, Ecoclean combines high-pressure water jet deburring with low-pressure processes for parts cleaning.
The configurable and process-dependent expandable system enables the processing of parts measuring up to 200 mm × 200 mm × 200 mm in cycle times of just 15 s per pallet in the so-called One Piece Flow. The system is programmed via a CAD/CAM interface.
The system is equipped with a single spindle or optionally with a high-pressure turret equipped with up to five different tools, with a single spindle or optionally with a high-pressure turret equipped with up to five different tools.
