Anniversary with arc welding cell
Robots and turnkey welding systems
Yaskawa has been supplying robot-based turnkey welding systems from European system construction for 40 years and is illustrating this anniversary at Euroblech with a complex arc welding cell.
The latest Motoman robot models for spot, laser hybrid, arc and cobot welding as well as for handling tasks and control technology will also be on show at the stand. In the demo welding cell, four robots from the Motoman AR series will be working on a battery carrier. They are equipped with arc welding sources from various manufacturers. They will be demonstrating the multi-robot synchro function, which ensures precise synchronization of the robots and the positioner. The robots can be controlled either synchronously or independently of each other. The positioner also comes from Yaskawa's own production.
