EWM has added additional functions to the LP-XQ control unit for the Titan XQ puls MIG/MAG multiprocess welding machine.

A new feature is the quick selection using the process change button, which enables switching between the MIG/MAG processes MIG/MAG Standard, forceArc, wiredArc, rootArc and coldArc. It is now also possible to switch quickly between the standard jobs, pulse and positionweld; the optimum characteristic curve is automatically adapted to the specified basic settings such as the material of the filler metal, its diameter and the gas used.

Recurring settings can be saved on one of a total of five favorites buttons. When locked, the favorites list can also be used to secure qualified welding processes.
