Screwdriver for zero-defect assembly
Atlas Copco has improved the possibilities of cordless impulse tools and presents fast, intelligent cordless screwdrivers for torques up to 150 Newton meters.
The TBP cordless screwdrivers work more quietly than pneumatic impulse screwdrivers and are particularly fast at up to 6,000 revolutions per minute. As intelligently networked tools, they offer cordless flexibility - with full documentation and traceability of the screwdriving results. An optional display provides feedback on the screwdriving result and can guide the worker safely through the assembly process. A single controller (Power Focus 6000) can control up to six tools simultaneously and record all relevant data. This makes production clearer and more energy-efficient, as customers can replace many individual pneumatic impulse screwdrivers with just one TBP. A total of ten models with torque outputs from twelve to 150 Newton meters are available. The service life of the impulse unit is up to five times longer than previous impulse tools thanks to the newly developed Durapulse technology, and an intelligent maintenance indicator monitors tool performance. as
