Baltec has developed a fully integrated, electrical module for cold forming and riveting of metallic and non-metallic materials with PC-based control. The module is suitable for industrial sectors such as the automotive, fittings, medical technology, precision mechanics, electrical & electronics, consumer goods and aircraft industries.

By replacing the spindle insert, it is possible to convert and use a module for processes such as radial riveting, wobble riveting and roller burnishing. Furthermore, a wide range of forces can be covered with one module, which results in lower maintenance and servicing costs if several units are in use. Baltec also points out the minimal noise emissions and the compact design of the machine. as
