Software manufacturer Inform, headquartered in Aachen, welcomes four new managing directors in January 2021: Dr. Andreas Meyer, Matthias Berlit, Peter Frerichs and Dr. Jörg Herbers. With the enlarged management team, the company wants to create space for accelerated further development in the areas of innovation, internationalization and personnel management. The four new managing directors will support Adrian Weiler, who has held this position at Inform since 1986.

"Until now, sustainability in terms of organic growth and trusting relationships with customers and employees has been considered an important value of Inform," says Matthias Berlit, who will be responsible for innovation, among other things. "However, sustainability now also plays an important role in an ecological sense. Optimization technology can contribute to this, for example, by making more efficient use of operational resources." Other focus topics for the coming years include the further expansion of international activities, for example in North America, Australia and Asia, as well as the further development of agile working and management models within the company.
