In light of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), companies are faced with the challenge of adapting their products to meet the requirements for software supply chain security.

The CRA focuses on the mandatory use of the Software Bill of Materials (SBOM). The SBOM is a detailed inventory that lists all non-physical components - such as firmware, software, open source libraries, programming language packages and third-party tools. With Omnect Device Management, Conplement relies on the principle of "security by design" and offers an extended range of functions with comprehensive vulnerability management for third-party software. The SBOM of the various software components is integrated so that users have full transparency of the security situation of their entire software environment and can quickly identify potential security vulnerabilities.
