Vices

Mara Hofacker,

Third hand for workpiece machining

A strong "third hand" is often required when working on workpieces. The vices from Gedore red ensure a firm grip and allow you to work comfortably.

This allows fitters, welders, mechanics and DIY enthusiasts to securely clamp the parts to be machined without anything wobbling or slipping.

Gedore red offers both a rigid vice and a vice with rotary plate. Both tools enable absolutely parallel clamping thanks to precise, centric guidance and have a maximum clamping force of 25 KN. The forward-opening vices are made of robust cast iron and are supplied with a solid anvil for bench mounting.

The fixed vice offers a jaw width and a clamping width of 125 mm. The swivel model has a jaw width of 150 mm and a clamping width of 125 mm and also has clamping jaws for pipes with an outer diameter of 13.5 to 56 mm. Whether cutting pipes to length, drilling, welding and grinding work on pieces of metal or for precision mechanical work - the vices are versatile and their robust workmanship makes them reliable helpers in the workshop.
