Clamping centering unit from Tünkers

With the aim of minimizing set-up times, Tünkers has developed the high-performance MCP 80 C clamping centring unit.
This is a compact, ready-to-install clamping unit with a pneumatically actuated locking mechanism that can be integrated into existing compressed air networks at 6 bar. Alternatively, the clamping centering unit is also available as an electric version with 48 V servo drive with decentralized controller. A blast air connection is integrated for cleaning the clamping jaws.
The threaded mounting makes the standard housing suitable for direct installation. Two drive cylinders are used to increase the force of the unit. The clamping process is based on the toggle lever technology of the multi-force cylinders. Three different clamping flange variants open up flexible application options.
