Oil-free lubricants reduce costs
LBI oil free offers oil-free lubricants that can be used in the machining of steel and high-strength steels. Classic fields of application are deep drawing and punching, but also the machining of stainless steels and aluminum.
The biodegradable lubricants not only do not contain mineral oil, but are also free from chlorine, silicone, nitrite and Teflon. They are applied using minimum quantity lubrication, mandrel lubrication systems or manually. "Our customers usually can't believe how little lubricant is actually needed," says Managing Director Sascha Keller. This can be quickly proven in a test position. The company offers a range of its own dosing technology so that technology and lubricant can be matched to each other. The workpieces dry quickly and can be further processed without prior washing. In addition, the service life of the mass finishing lubricant is longer than if oily substances are introduced.
