The 15th Blechexpo - Trade Fair for Sheet Metal Working - will take place together with the 8th Schweisstec - Trade Fair for Joining Technology - from October 26 to 29 at the Stuttgart Exhibition Center.

After Motek and EMO proved at the beginning of October that large industrial trade fairs are possible again, Blechexpo and Schweisstec will also take place in Stuttgart. The basis is once again Messe Stuttgart's hygiene concept, which already ensured that everything ran smoothly at Motek.

Digitalization, sustainability and process efficiency are the main drivers of development in the sheet metal working industry. The topics include detailed and system solutions for the process chains in sheet metal, profile and tube part production, their thermal and mechanical processing, cutting technologies, processing machines, systems for punching, bending, folding and forming as well as system peripherals with controls and software and, finally, solutions for handling and quality assurance.

Networking determines the future

However, it is also about networking - both in terms of processes and digitally. The industry players will meet the transformation of industrial production at various levels through networking and cooperation. The process-transparent trade fair demonstrations of fully automated sheet metal processing machines with robotics and gantry solutions as well as system peripherals with control systems and software are intended to support trade visitors in their decisions for further investment projects.
