Transfluid is coming to Blechexpo with a wide range of innovations. In addition to new system technology, the focus will be on networking.
With the T Motion automation system, Transfluid plans and implements material flow-optimized production islands or cells for tube processing; on request also in combination with product marking and optical, non-contact camera control systems for comprehensive control of geometries or surfaces. The option for punching and stamping can also be integrated, as can transfer systems for the shortest cycle times or systems for loading and controlled unloading. The RTO 628 chipless orbital cutting systems for 6-28 mm diameters and the RTO 2080 for 20-80 mm diameters will also be presented at the trade fair stand. They promise precise cutting results and the tubes can be further processed and formed directly afterwards, for example.
T Form is the manufacturer's answer to the challenges of tube end forming: Tight tolerances, sharp-edged contours, polished surfaces and the machining of high-strength materials can be implemented with precision in a wide variety of shapes. Patented tool concepts also ensure a performance advantage. The CNC tube bending machine T Bend is a solution for multidimensional and automated tube bending. It promises highly efficient CNC bending technology for small and large bending tasks with high precision. The fully automated solutions enable optimum cycle times and high quantities. T Bend allows directionally flexible bending processes for both delicate and large-format tube dimensions of up to 325 mm. The software makes it easy to import digital data from all common systems. The matching multi-radius tools with automatic tool change guarantee the bending of different radii and extreme geometries on one tube.
