The new ASD 200.1 is another representative of the new generation of mobile extraction units from ULT. The advantages of the compact and mobile extraction system for dust and smoke lie primarily in its high filtration performance, economical operation, quiet operation and an extensive, specially designed accessory set.
In production processes where powdery substances are processed or where materials are sawn, milled or sanded, dust contaminates the work area. In addition, mechanical processes can generate smoke due to the heating of the processed materials. Dust and smoke are harmful to health and also impair the quality of production processes.
As a solution to this problem, the ASD 200.1 offers two system variants with different filter concepts: a panel filter and a pocket filter variant. This means that applications with both fine and coarse dust can be served. The use of high-quality H14 filters enables a separation rate of 99.995 percent. The filtered air can be fed back into the work area through this high-grade cleaning (recirculation mode). This means that no heat is lost. The ASD 200.1 can be equipped with up to four collection elements such as extraction arms or hoses (DN 50, 75, 80).
The specially developed Ecoflow-CS technology automatically increases and reduces the extraction power of the appliance depending on the number of extraction points used. Thanks to this integrated constant vacuum control and selectable pressure ranges, the extraction performance of the extraction system can be flexibly adapted to the respective working conditions.
The extensive set of original accessories offers further added value, for example foot switches for switching the device on and off, extraction hoses of various lengths, Y-hose sections, sleeves, reducers or a bracket for installing extraction arms directly on the system.
The portfolio has been specially designed for the ULT-200.1 device series, saving users the time-consuming search for accessories and their adaptation to the pollutant detection situation. On request, qualified ULT specialists can carry out complete system installations directly at the user's premises.
