Modular concept for pure oil
In order to grind economically, reliably and with the highest quality, extremely clean grinding oils are required. Filter manufacturer Vomat offers the metalworking industry high-performance and customized concepts for the filtration of cooling lubricants.
The systems are designed for the filtration of ultra-fine particles from oil, such as those produced during grinding, honing, lapping or eroding. The controlled, on-demand full-flow filtration in a backwash process with an automatic cycle depending on the amount of dirt separates 100% of the dirty and clean oil.
In combination with the regulated filter pump for on-demand filtering, the energy balance is positive. Special high-performance precoat filters ensure that clean oil in purity class NAS 7 (3 to 5 micrometers) is available for the grinding process for a long time. The systems are low-maintenance and, thanks to their modular design and wide range of options for cooling, mixed filtration and disposal, enable concepts right up to large-scale industrial central systems.
