Optimized high-precision grinding

Whether in the automotive, mechanical engineering or electronics industries, high surface quality in component grinding as well as speed, sustainability and cost-effectiveness of processing are essential.

Sanding machine manufacturer Okamoto provides customized sanding solutions: These machine concepts make modern production technologies possible and tap into the potential of innovative abrasives to economically produce the best surface finishes with high precision. One example is the new surface grinding machines in the PSG-CAiQ series, which complement the ACC-CAiQ machine series. The new models benefit from a robust machine bed with a new traveling column design.

The wider cross slides increase the rigidity and strength of the machine. The development of the iQ touchscreen control and its easy-to-use software, combined with the inherent mechanical accuracy of the column movement design, allows even less skilled operators to use the machine.
