Okamoto celebrates the 30th anniversary of its European headquarters
At an in-house exhibition, the Okamoto team led by Managing Director Akihiro Takesada celebrated 30 years of Okamoto's European branch in Langen, Hesse, with all European dealers and invited trade visitors.
In 1990, the grinding machine manufacturer Okamoto Machine Tool Works Ltd. Japan founded the European sales and service organization Okamoto Machine Tool Europe with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, which then moved to the neighbouring town of Langen.
Broad machine portfolio
The European headquarters has 1,000 square meters of exhibition space and 450 square meters of office space. In the application and demonstration center, the grinding machine manufacturers present a broad portfolio for various industries. In addition to Okamoto's best-selling CNC surface grinding machine, the ACC-CAiQ, Okamoto's in-house exhibition included the ACC-SA1 1-axis NC surface grinding machine, the Linear 350 B and the IGM-15NCIII-2B CNC internal cylindrical grinding machine. The OGM 350 NC III CNC cylindrical grinding machine was also presented.
