Bonding and lubricating - precise dosing
Jet valves from Vieweg lubricate and grease electromechanical switches and bond and seal electronic components. More and more customer-specific solutions are being used.
When lubricating electromechanical switches, it is important to use the right amount: Too much oil leads to burn-off and increases the contact resistance. Too little grease in the joints worsens the mechanical switching behavior. A jet valve shoots individual drops of grease, oil, adhesive or locking lacquer precisely to the desired position, at up to 1,000 shots per second. The valve can shoot from top to bottom, horizontally or "overhead". The dispensing process is triggered by the system control via 24 V signals. Position tolerances of the components are automatically compensated. The desired dispensing pattern can be monitored for quality assurance purposes.
