Efficient and cost-optimized automation of production systems
Hirata offers complete turnkey systems as well as the partial automation of individual production steps: palletizing, assembly, measuring/testing, gluing/potting, laser marking, etc.
This means that a wide variety of tasks can be solved in the best possible way, both technically and economically. Experienced engineers design the partial and complete systems down to the last detail. These are then produced and pre-assembled in Hirata's own production facility. Qualified personnel install the systems at the customer's premises and program the controls for the systems and components. From consulting and planning to production, installation, on-site training and maintenance: customers receive the entire engineering from a single source. Hirata products, such as robots and palletizers, as well as transport and automation components from other manufacturers are integrated into the automation solutions.
