ADS-TEC Industrial IT: Industrial Terminal MES9000

At ADS-TEC Industrial IT, the needs of the customer are our top priority. The products and therefore also the MES9000 can be customized, e.g. with a specific image with pre-installed software, a BIOS with a customer-specific boot logo or a special display touch behavior. The HMIs are equipped with powerful eighth-generation Intel Celeron and Intel Core processors to meet the high software requirements and ensure high-performance acquisition, visualization and control of production processes. In addition, the HMIs are all fanless.

The MES9000 series also offers a large number of modern interfaces, including a front USB port, DisplayPort for connecting additional monitors and HDBaseT. Optionally, the devices can also be equipped with Bluetooth for connecting scanners, a radio module with the latest WLAN standards or RFID for user identification. Hilscher netJACK modules can also be integrated to enable simple and tool-free connection of common fieldbus and Real-Time Ethernet protocols

The new MES9000 series covers three application areas with just one product. You can say goodbye to paperwork in production, poor visualization of machine and process data or unsuitable PCs for harsh production environments. The MES9000 can be used either as a store floor terminal, machine panel PC or, in harsher environments, as a rugged store floor terminal.

A special feature of this appliance series is the sophisticated mounting concept. Every company has different mounting requirements and this has been taken into account. The HMIs are attached either via a support arm, via VESA100 threaded holes on the table base or on the machine wall. Peripheral devices such as a keyboard or scanner holder can be easily attached using threaded sockets.

The HMIs come in three display sizes (15.6", 18.5" and 23.8") and the multi-touch display can be operated intuitively and responds reliably even when wearing work gloves.
